catalog, easily, quickly and safely. Our commitment is your satisfaction.
Below, we present the conditions under which we offer our service, which you
are accepting when you use our website, social networks, and services in
general, whether to browse, search, ask, or buy: Deliver your order to the date
you select. If there is any problem with the address, the area outside the

PRODUCTS
The value of the products is expressed in US dollars, does not include delivery costs, which will be charged to your shopping cart when choosing the delivery area. PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION POLICIES

PURCHASE ORDERS RECEIPT
Purchase orders and their respective payment confirmation must be made at least 48 hours before the desired delivery date. We recommend that you do it with as much time as possible. That is, your payment must be confirmed with a minimum of 48 hours, prior to the delivery of the product. Florist in Panama will not be responsible for orders received and paid after that time, in which case we will contact you to let you know if it is possible to fulfill your order or if the order cannot be executed by said date. Remember that if you pay by deposit or transfer, you must do so within a reasonable time, taking into account the times taken by banks, so that your payment confirmation is received BEFORE 24 hours prior to the delivery date. In these cases, you as a buyer are responsible for sending a photocopy of the consignment or transfer to the Florist in Panama, so that your order can be dispatched on time. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons of force majeure or for breach of any of our conditions.
PURCHASE ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
As soon as the Florist in Panama receives your
order and confirmation of your payment, it will contact you and confirm it.
However, in the event that you make the payment through consignment or transfer
and do not send a scanned copy of the proof of payment, the order will not be
confirmed and the product cannot be dispatched on time. We will try to contact
you if this happens.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The
delivery of the products on ordinary days, will be made between 7:00 a.m. –
6:00 p.m. Panama time zone (UTC-05:00), from Monday to Sunday (Sundays and
holidays until 2:00 p.m.). If for reasons of force majeure, there is a date on
which the Florist in Panama cannot make deliveries, it will notify you in
advance through its website. At the time of purchase, you can select the time
of day you want the product to be delivered (morning or afternoon) and a
tentative time (delivery may vary between 2 to 4 hours depending on

the value paid for the flowers will be refunded since the operation was carried

As the willingness or availability of a person to receive the flowers at the address specified by the buyer, does not depend in any way on us, Florist in Panama will do everything at its disposal and will exhaust all possible means (without violating the terms or conditions of this contract) to deliver the order as is our commitment to you. As a first instance, we will try to contact you, at the time the delivery is being made. FORWARDS
In the event that the buyer requests reshipment, he must take into account that the flowers are a perishable product and that they lose their freshness over the days. MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
Any modification request must be made at least 24
hours before the delivery date initially specified at the time of purchase,
through the contact mailbox on the page or by email
ventas@floristeriaenpanama.com. Please verify that your email address is correct
at the time of writing to us, otherwise we will not be able to contact you and
the order will not be considered modified. If there is any additional cost for
the modification (you want higher cost flowers), you must cancel and confirm
(possibly through consignment or transfer), the difference in prices. Otherwise
you will not be able to modify the order.
AGE FOR THE USE OF THE PLATFORM

REVERSION OF PAYMENTS
The reversal consists of recharging your money to the credit card with which you made the payment (When paying online). RESTRICTIONS FOR WARRANTY
Any claim must be made within 2 days of delivery of
the bouquet of Flowers. After this period of time, said guarantee will expire,
and any claim WILL NOT BE ESTIMATED IN ANY WAY, since, due to the delicate and
perishable nature of the flowers, it will not be possible to faithfully verify
their condition. If upon observing the product delivered, you estimate that it
is different from the one offered on the website, or is in poor quality
conditions, you must send a written claim to the email

The order number generated by the system and sent
to your email at the time of purchase. Photo of the product delivered and that

to the competent Panamanian authorities according to article 220 of the Penal
Code).
If the floral arrangement is in optimum design and
quality conditions, as shown on the product page. Floristeriaenpanama.com will
not take into consideration any action by the buyer of said product with the
intention of claiming as a guarantee, if the recipient (the person to whom the
flowers are given) does not receive or does not like the flower arrangement
delivered. Likewise, the guarantee is canceled when the recipient is not
present at the address provided by the recipient, or the recipient does not
receive it directly and it is left at the reception or to a person other than
